The car owner said that on March 29, Lotus Day transferred 50 ELETRE units from across the country to Shanghai as test drives. In May, when the car owner was delivering the car, he found on the spot that there were more than 70 vehicle records in the vehicle's driving recorder. Videos of violent tests on the track, including elk tests, straight-line acceleration to 200 kilometers per hour and other evidence.
At present, the car owner has complained to the relevant departments. According to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the car owner requires Lotus officials to refund one and compensate three for the contract signed by the two parties. That is, the actual payment amount of 964,800 yuan for the vehicle will be refunded, and three times the fine of 2,894,400 yuan will be compensated, for a total of 3,859,200 yuan.
