Kaiyi Kunlun is officially launched, priced at 99,900-149,900 yuan

On March 20, Kaiyi Kunlun was officially launched, with a price range of 99,900-139,900 yuan. The new car is currently Kaiyi's flagship SUV model and is equipped with Chery Kunpeng 1.6T/2.0T power system. In addition, the hybrid version has also officially started pre-sale, with the pre-sale price ranging from 159,900 to 239,900 yuan. The new car will be officially launched in the fourth quarter.

The exterior design of Kaiyi Kunlun is sporty and fashionable. It is designed by Italy's Pininfarina chief designer Lovi Vimesh. From the outline to the details, it is done in one go, making it memorable at a glance. For example, the X-shaped borderless grille on the front face and the through-type cursor daytime running lights are both very recognizable designs.

The new Kaiyi logo is also illuminated, forming an array with the daytime running lights on the front of the car, and the lighting effect is quite good. It is reported that these lights can also form five kinds of light languages.

The length, width and height of Kaiyi Kunlun are 4738/1968/1708mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2820mm, reaching the standard of a medium-sized SUV. Its vehicle width is close to 2m, the widest in its class. Based on this body width, Kunlun's aspect ratio reaches 1.15, almost a coupe proportion, which is very rare in SUVs. The new car also uses 20-inch large wheels, creating a strong sporty atmosphere and full visual effects.

Others, such as hidden door handles and golden brake calipers, also add color to sports and technology, and are currently popular combinations. The rear of Kaiyi Kunlun also has X-shaped elements. The through-type taillight design is relatively unique, and coupled with the illuminated logo, it is still very recognizable.

The new car uses a 12.3+14.6-inch screen combination inside the car, especially the central control screen is not small in size. The multimedia uses Tencent's TAI 4.0 smart car system and also supports wireless Huawei HiCar.

In terms of power, the fuel version of Kaiyi Kunlun is divided into 1.6T/2.0T, both powered by Chery Kunpeng, called Kunlun 300 and Kunlun 500 respectively. The 2.0T version of the engine has a maximum power of 187kW and a maximum torque of 390N• m, combined with the Magna 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, the manufacturer announced that the 0-100km/h acceleration time is about 8 seconds.
