The new car adopts a completely enclosed front face shape, with through-shaped daytime running lights on the top and large-size light groups on both sides of the bottom. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4760 (4785)/1900/1720mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2720 (2745) mm. Jietu Shanhai L7 will be equipped with a hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which can output a maximum power of 115 kilowatts and a maximum speed of 180km/h.

The new car was first released at last year’s Guangzhou Auto Show and appeared on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in March this year. The car is positioned as a compact SUV, which is completely different from the "square box" shape of Shanhai T1 and Shanhai T2. Shanhai L6 is obviously urban-oriented and will use a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system, of which the 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115kW. In terms of battery, the new car is equipped with a ternary lithium battery, with a maximum speed of 180km/h.

Previously, it was revealed that Jietu Shanhai T2The four-wheel drive version will be launched in the second half of this year. The new car comes standard with a 15.6-inch central control screen, built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and supports FOTA intelligent upgrade and other functions. In terms of power, the Shanhai T2 currently on pre-sale is equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system. The system has a maximum combined power of 280 kilowatts and a combined peak torque of 610 N·m. The transmission system is matched with a 3-speed DHT gearbox.

The new car was unveiled at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, and officials stated that the new car will be launched in the fourth quarter. Shanhai T1 is positioned as an entry-level light off-road model, and the vehicle design adds more fashionable elements to its off-road attributes. In appearance, the intermittent LED daytime running lights are embedded inside the front grille, and the headlight groups on both sides are combined with the front grille to form a through-type design, which enhances the visual width of the front of the car. In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 1.5L engine with a maximum power of 115 kilowatts.
