Musk: Tesla Cybertruck delivery event expected to take place in third quarter

Recently, we learned from relevant channels that Tesla CEO Musk said that the Tesla Cybertruck delivery event is expected to be held in the third quarter. Previously, Musk said that the car would be put into production and delivered this year. At the same time, Musk also revealed that the production version will retain the red through-type taillight bar. The visual effects are more sci-fi and full of futuristic feeling.

As a pure electric pickup truck built by Tesla, the Tesla Cybertruck was unveiled in 2019, but has not yet been put into mass production. The size of the production version of the model has been proportionally reduced compared to the prototype released in 2019. It is smaller in size. A traditional exterior mirror is added behind the A-pillar, and the front windshield is equipped with a huge wiper. The shape of the headlights has been adjusted, the windshield has been changed to a curved surface and the previous fully enclosed wheels have been cancelled.

Previously, Musk announced that the Cybertruck would be equipped with four motors, allowing each wheel to independently control torque. As a pure electric pickup truck built by Tesla, the new car is available in three range versions of 402km, 483km and 804km. It is also equipped with an adjustable air suspension and can accelerate from 100 kilometers to 100 kilometers in 2.9 seconds.
