BMW iX2 spy photos exposed for the first time, may share platform with iX1

According to overseas media reports, BMW iX1 spy photos have been exposed for the first time. In the previous October, the new BMW X2 crossover was first exposed, followed by spy photos of the M35i powered version. Several models may be based on Built on the same platform.

Different from the fuel version, the front door of the vehicle is marked "Electric Vehicle". The closed air intake grille and the missing exhaust device at the rear can tell that this is a pure electric vehicle.

Although it is still wearing camouflage, the fastback shape of the new car is still clearly visible. It may borrow design inspiration from the BMW X4, but it is significantly different from the current BMW X2 on sale.

It is expected that the new car will share the platform and power system with the BMW iX1. The dual-motor version has a maximum power of 230 kilowatts and a peak torque of 494 Nm.

Currently, regarding the BMW iX2 and X2 models, they still have a lot of development and testing time, and are not expected to be unveiled until 2024. Bitauto will continue to pay attention.
